Senior Administrative Officer (Quality), Full time
Department:  Academic Office  
Salary:  £34,548 - 37,415 pa (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance) 

We are seeking to appoint a committed team player with substantial experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the higher education sector, who has recent working experience within a quality assurance network.  
 
The purpose of the post is to work with academic and administrative colleagues across the University, and external agencies, to support the implementation and development of the University’s arrangements for academic quality management and regulation 

The successful applicant will have good analytical experience and excellent report-writing skills, along with a high level knowledge of all Microsoft suite of programmes and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  In addition, the successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to deal confidently and tactfully with a diverse range of people and situations.
 
As a key part of the job is for the post holder to be proactive in their work within academic Schools and Departments.  The successful applicant will also demonstrate that they have a flexible approach to taking on a wide range of tasks and using a broad range of skills in a fast and changing environment, confidence in their own abilities, an awareness of personal strengths and weaknesses and the organisational ability to manage and prioritise their workload
