Arden University wishes to appoint a Development Director: International Business who can demonstrate exceptional drive and experience of international higher education. They must be cognisant of UK regulatory requirements for Transnational Education (TNE). Reporting to the ViceChancellor, Dr Philip Hallam, and a member of the Senior Management Team, the Development Director will be responsible for establishing and managing a growing portfolio of international study centres. 

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated business developer capable of delivering the University’s ambitious international campus strategy. Already an accomplished relationship builder with intercultural communication skills, they will have the proven ability to manage a complex range of stakeholders, externally and internally. This role requires extensive international travel.
