UNSW Library is one of Australia’s major research libraries, with extensive scholarly information resources. It serves a large population of academic staff and students on two campuses and affiliated research institutes.

About the role

  • $81K-$87K plus (9.5% Superannuation and annual leave loading)
  • Fixed Term position up to 12 months
  • Full-time (35 hours per week)

A key priority of the Academic Services Unit is to build and maintain relationships with UNSW researchers, academic staff and students to anticipate information needs and to facilitate knowledge discovery and creation, in line with the UNSW 2025 Strategic Plan.

As an Academic Services Librarian you will work as part of a professional team responsible delivering a broad range of high-quality services focused on the needs of undergraduate, postrgraduate and higher degree research students at UNSW Sydney.

As an Academic Services Librarian you will get to work independently and collaboratively in a collegial workplace where curiosity in seeking new ways for the Library to offer its services is encouraged.
