Salary: Grade 5, £21,220 - £25,298 per annum (2017 pay award pending)

This post is full time and open-ended.

The post holders will provide a customer focused service and ensure all plant and equipment is maintained to the highest standards, minimising down time, maximising asset life cycles and delivering a value for money provision of building services.

The University has embarked on a £1 Billion programme to create a world changing campus. Over the next ten years, several world class buildings will be built to the Campus Masterplan. 

You will be responsible for the operation, first response maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and repair of the key mechanical HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), and electrical elements within critical systems within allocated campus buildings, clusters or zones.
