Fixed term contract for 12 months

Are you a creative and passionate individual with a strong interest in entrepreneurship? We have an exciting opportunity for a marketing and communications professional to join our dynamic team. Our team is committed to creating the next generation of entrepreneurs at a world leading university.  You will help us achieve our vision to be acknowledged as a forward-thinking hub of innovation and entrepreneurship.

You will lead the development of marketing and communications of Imperial College London’s newly created Enterprise Lab. You will help us amplify our brand to students, staff and our external partners. 

Imperial Enterprise Lab supports the next generation of entrepreneurs & innovators at Imperial College London. It promotes and nurtures entrepreneurial idea development from the student community through to start-up level. You will be part of an energetic and passionate team which helps to generate the growth of new entrepreneurial ideas from our talented science, engineering, medicine and business students.

Responsibilities

  • Development of our website & blog
  • Management of our social media channels
  • Design of new materials (online/offline)
  • Development of new, interesting and thought leading content for our audiences 

Experience

  • Smart: Relevant academic and/or experience in marketing and communications
  • Technical: Experience of managing and developing WordPress sites 
  • Creative: Able to develop new content & design ideas with experience in using design software tools 
  • Thorough: Great attention to detail
