Job Description

Assist, analyze and implement appropriate solutions for students, parents, and other University offices for questions and problems regarding student accounts. Process all inquiries, interpret and resolve account problems, and complete student account settlement through advising on many with complex financial, academic, and extremely personal problems with confidential information. Responsible for processing student account payments, including cash, check, and credit card payments and the daily balancing of a cash drawer.

Required Skills

Requires: B.A./B.S., strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and one to three years of experience, preferably in a customer service environment.
