Are you excellent customer service-focused individual who is organised, supportive and a pro-active team member?

International Student Life have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to provide reception and administration support. In this role you will be the ambassador for our reception and greet internal and external clients, administer data entry, manage mailing and stationary orders and general photocopying and collation of documents.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:

 

  • Completion of an associate diploma qualification with relevant work experience or a combination of experience and/or education training.
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage competing deadline.
  • A customer service champion with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in education and reception/office duties is desirable.
