About the job

Joining the newly created UniSA Online Unit as a Senior Academic Services Officer, you will undertake a range of administrative and project related activities that support the design and delivery of our online programs and courses. You will interpret and apply the University’s academic administration policies and procedures, offer high level and responsive advice, and provide an outstanding customer service in the resolution of any arising issues.

Skills and Experience

An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated equivalent skills and experience is essential, as is previous experience in a senior administrative position in a complex working environment. You will have a highly developed analytical and written ability, as well as keen organisation and problem-solving skills.

You will also have previous experience in a role that enabled you to liaise with multiple stakeholders across and external to an organisation, and to also interpret and apply policies and procedures. Previous experience or familiarity with the higher education sector will also be favourably received.

In addition to your salary, the University will make employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% of salary on your behalf.
