About the role
In this role you will assist with the continued development and implementation of Health and Human Service clinical and fieldwork student placement activities within the College of Science, Health and Engineering. You will source clinical placements and work with stakeholders to maximise the quality of clinical placement learning opportunities. You will develop and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders and will implement relevant strategies and maintain strategic partnerships.
The role is offered as a part time, fixed term (0.6 FTE for 4 months with flexibility to decrease the fraction and extend the duration)
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will possess a degree with experience or management experience or or an equivalent combination of knowledge, training and experience. It is essential that you possess outstanding communication, decision making, problem solving, self motivation, organisational, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. You will be capable of applying theoretical knowledge, management or policy experitise. To succeed in this role you must also possess the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. You will demonstrate the capacity to oversee data and information relating to multiple disciplines and placement providers. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a small number of disciplines in order to understand curriculum requirements, placement relevance and suitability in order to pursue opportunities to consolidate relationships and secure ongoing commitment.
