About the Job

The Australian Centre for Business Growth has two exciting positions available:

Administration and Project Support Officer (HEO 4) – will primarily be responsible for providing executive support for the Director and administrative support for the Centre, and acting as the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries to the Australian Centre for Business Growth, and

Administration and Project Support Officer (HEO 4) – will primarily be responsible for providing project and administrative support for the Centre’s programs.

Both positions will provide back-up for the other role, and our existing Administration and Project Support Officer. These roles will be responsible for providing high-level customer service to the Centre’s customers - CEOs and executives of Australia’s small and medium enterprises (SME’s), and key stakeholders, as well as undertaking a range of administrative and project support tasks for all of the Centre’s programs, events and activities.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will be a highly motivated and organised team player, with experience in project coordination, including events, resources and administration. You will have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills, with experience working in a fast paced environment, providing support executive support to senior positions.
