The Division of Student Administration is committed to providing students with the simplest and most effective access to the University and to the administration of their records. The Division has a strong culture of client service, ethical behaviour and performance measurement to ensure continuous improvement. The Division supports the student through all aspects of the life cycle from admission through to graduation, and actively collaborates with academic and professional/general staff to improve the students’ journey and experience at CSU.

As Manager of the Innovation & Capability Team within the Division of Student Administration, you will drive business renewal and lead a client focused team to continuously improve processes and services to ensure student success. You will be responsible for providing leadership and support to business operations, initiatives and developments, and aligning them with Divisional and University outcomes through enhancing and reinforcing a positive service culture to achieve flexible and innovative solutions for our stakeholders.

This role will work across the portfolio and at times co-opt additional staff to work on specific projects. The candidate must have the required analytical and organisational skills in addition to excellent reporting, influencing and interpersonal skills in order to work with the relevant stakeholders. The role is also required to provide leadership and management in the core business activities they are responsible for, and to the staff they supervise.
