Salary:     £17,399 to £20,624 per annum, depending on skills and experience. Salary progression beyond this scale is subject to performance.

The Marketing and Events Team is one of three teams within the School of Humanities Management and Research Office (SMRO).  The purpose of the role is to provide efficient and effective marketing and event administration to the School and working collaboratively with the other School Management and Research Office teams. 

The team has primary responsibility for managing the following areas:- Marketing including: Production and evaluation of web pages, hard copy materials, social media, and internal materials. Events including: organisation and coordination of School and departmental events, field trips, online store production and management.  Finance: monitoring and management marketing and events budgets. Providing cover for the wider SMRO team, customer enquiries and supporting Senior Management within the School.

This is a full-time, fixed term contract, available for 9 months.
