An opportunity has arisen for a part-time Teaching Fellow to cover Maternity leave at Hamilton Campus within the School of Science and Sport
The School of Science and Sport is a multidisciplinary School, with a diverse range of programmes delivered at our Hamilton, Paisley, Ayr and London campuses with a combined total of circa 1600 students. Teaching and Research is at the heart of all of the School’s activities, with NSS teaching scores at 100% in some of our Undergraduate programmes and we are looking to build and diversify from the success of REF2014.
The successful candidate will ideally have previously taught subjects including, Sport Science, Human Physiology, Sport & Exercise Nutrition, and be well versed in contemporary learning methods.
The successful candidate will join a progressive team of individuals in delivery of our undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science within the School. This programme achieved NSS scores of 100% in 2016.
The successful candidate will be based at our Hamilton Campus with some scheduled activities at our other campus locations. The West of Scotland boasts some of the most stunning countryside and coastline for outdoor and family life. We are close to Glasgow, Scotland's largest city, with its rich heritage and vibrant cultural life, and just minutes from the International airport.
