An exciting opportunity exists as the Centre Administrator, UNSW Canberra Space in the School of Engineering and Information Technology (SEIT), UNSW Canberra. The Centre Administrator provides high level executive support to the Director of UNSW Canberra Space, and manages the administration associated with the daily activities of the Director and senior staff of UNSW Canberra Space. The development of positive relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders is a key component of the position.

The Centre Administrator will by highly autonomous and have the capacity to deal simultaneously with a number of complex projects that require demanding calendaring, scheduling complex meetings and working with other key roles to coordinate travel, events and other activities associated with UNSW Canberra Space.

Experience in providing timely and effective support to a busy executive is essential. The role will provide a diverse range of high level support, focusing on anticipating the requirements of the Director and the UNSW Canberra Space Team and proactively working to provide an appropriate and timely outcome. The incumbent will need to be flexible with the capacity to adapt to constantly evolving demands and priorities.
