Senior Staff Coordinator, SAR Sargent College, Administration
Assist the two Sargent College Research Administrators with all aspects of grant administration including budget management and reconciliation, processing of financial transactions (journal entries, invoices, budget adjustments), proposal submissions, grant ordering and post-award paperwork. Responsible for managing the independent contractor qualification process for external service providers.
B.A./B.S., strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and one to three years of experience, preferably in a financial area.
