Applications are invited for the fixed term post of Lecturer in Reputation and Responsibility. The development of our programmes in Reputation and Responsibility has created the need for increased capacity.  Additionally, the research centres have also grown and matured providing long-term funding and support for our research in the Reputation area.  This is an exciting and unique opportunity for an early career academic to continue to build their career and participate in a growing and thriving group. You will be expected to contribute to teaching and supervision as well as develop their own research portfolio.

We welcome applications from candidates in any field of reputation and responsibility including (but not limited to) responsible business, organisational reputation, corporate (social) responsibility, wellbeing, story-sharing, business and society, governance, individual-organisation relationships, sociology, resilience and emotions, psychology and stakeholder relationships.

You will have:

  • PhD or DBA in a relevant area, with evidence of the ability or potential to publish at a high level
  • Experience of teaching on undergraduate, postgraduate and post experience programmes
  • Presentation and communication skills required for delivery of high quality teaching and learning
  • The enthusiasm and commitment to play a full part in building the subject of reputation and responsibility and to contribute to the development of our research centre
