The Faculty of Engineering and Information Sciences (EIS) has a world class reputation for excellence in research, strong collaborations with industry and government partners, and innovative approaches to teaching and learning. EIS is research intensive and has approximately 5,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students onshore and offshore.

This will be a challenging and rewarding role, where you will play an integral part of a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment, dedicated to building stakeholder relationships. This position will mainly be responsible for recruiting and retaining high quality international students, and ongoing liaison with student recruitment agents and higher education partner institutions. You will demonstrate a high level of judgement and experience on matters including admissions criteria, English language requirements, credit transfer arrangements, enrolments and student case management.

You will implement the Faculty’s recruitment and marketing strategies to increase students from East Asia, especially China, and Southeast Asia. Utilising market research, you will identify new recruitment opportunities in international markets for the Faculty’s onshore and offshore programs. The role is also responsible for providing accurate and responsive advice to student recruitment agents and prospective students. As part of the International team there is significant interaction with the central Student Services Division.
