You will join a team of highly qualified academics working within the Corporate and Executive Development Department. The successful candidate will have an enthusiasm for working with post experience learners on our full time, part time and distance learning programmes such as the MBA, MSc leadership and management our new chartered manager degree apprenticeship programmes. You will contribute to research informed learning and teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Furthermore, you will undertake research, enterprise and scholarly activities contributing to the Faculty’s strategic objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for an early career academic wishing to engage in research, whilst developing and delivering excellent learning and teaching activities to a diverse range of students at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. With excellent interpersonal skills, you must be able to contribute to programme team activities to ensure a high quality student experience and be able to forge effective relationships with colleagues, and external partners.

You will ideally be doctorally qualified or close to completion. We are interested in researchers working in the areas of executive education, career transition, work based learning and gender. You will work on collaborative research projects that support the development of high quality executive education and work based learning programmes.
