Professor of Management
Keele Management School (KMS) is currently undergoing expansion in all
areas of activity and has been identified as a strategically important area
of growth within the University. The School is seeking to appoint four
academic staff who will play a key role in its development. All posts will be
required to contribute to the development and delivery of undergraduate
and postgraduate programmes and to engage with the School’s research,
internationalisation and enterprise agendas.

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional academic to this key Professorial
position. The successful candidate will take a leading role in the direction and management of research, enterprise and public engagement activities in the School. They will be expected to have a substantial profile and reputation in their specialism both nationally and internationally and be able to make a significant contribution to leadership in their subject area. We are ideally seeking candidates with experience in the area of Organisational Behaviour, HRM or Innovation and Enterprise.
