The University of South Australia is recognised for its contributions to society, industry and its students as a creative and innovative institution, and has an ambition to be differentiated as a true university of enterprise.

As an enterprising and dynamic institution, with 97 percent of UniSA’s assessed Excellence in Research Australia (ERA) disciplines rated at world class or above in the 2015 ERA evaluation of research performance, UniSA is recognised by governments, business, employers and the community for its commitment to research and innovation.

We are seeking an exceptional individual to provide high-level strategic leadership and to foster research innovation in a unique and modern university setting. An individual with a distinguished research profile, preferably in a discipline area that complements the research strengths and direction of the Division, will find the role an opportunity to advance an established research agenda and position the Division for the decades ahead.
