Job Description

The Boston University School of Theatre seeks a full-time Administrative Coordinator Design & Production. This position provides fundamental administrative support to the Production Manager of the Joan and Edgar Booth Theatre and Boston University Production Center, the Design & Production Curriculum and Academic Policies Head, and the MFA and BFA Design & Production Program Heads. Ideal candidates for this position will have both demonstrated administrative experience and a background in and passion for the arts (theatre preferred). Exceptional communication, computer, and organization skills required, along with a mastery of Microsoft Office.

Required Skills

B.A./B.S., exceptional communication, computer, and organizational skills including a mastery of Microsoft Office, a friendly, dedicated demeanor and outstanding phone manner, and one to three years of administrative experience and a background in and passion for the arts.
