The Division of Student Administration is committed to providing students with the simplest and most effective access to the University and to the administration of their records. The Division supports the student through all aspects of the life cycle from admission through to graduation and actively collaborates with academic and professional staff to improve the students’ journey and experience at CSU.

This position is part of the Admissions Team that comprises a strong client and outcome focused group of staff that contribute to the University’s recruitment objectives. You will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to the Charles Sturt University Police Hub Team for the purpose of assessing and processing applications for the assigned portfolio to achieve key outcomes. The Senior Client Services Officer will also monitor the quantitative and qualitative outcomes to ensure the Team’s performance measure are achieved and the student experience enhanced. An important part of this role is to effectively communicate and liaise with applicants, faculties and partners of the University to troubleshoot and develop solutions for complex admissions issues.

The position is located at the Police Academy in Goulburn and will be focused on admissions for the Associate Degree of Policing Practice and related activities. The position is placed remotely from the Manager of Admissions, within a multi-discipline Team, supported by a local Team Leader of the NSW Police Administrative Hub.
