Reports to: Communication and Public Engagement Manager 

Responsible to: Head of Marketing 

Salary: £14,040 per annum

Hours: 36 hours per week 

Term: Fixed-term (six months)

Our Marketing Department is looking to recruit an intern for a six-month fixed-term period to assist in special projects relating to activities in the Marketing Department. The post holder will work closely within the larger Marketing team to support a broad range of marketing activities spanning all forms of internal and external communication. 

This role is intended for graduates who have completed an Honours Degree (or equivalent) preferably in a communication/marketing discipline. Excellent communication, written and organisational skills are essential. It is expected that the candidate should have knowledge of filming and photography best practice, and experience in writing for a variety of audiences, including social media and press. The role would suit someone who is hoping to pursue a career in either Marketing and or PR.
