The Department Design, Media & ICT is currently seeking expressions of interest from applicants interested in becoming Sessional PAVE Teachers in Interior Design and Graphic Design

The Swinburne PAVE Teacher is required to inspire, engage and educate our students. They will implement industry best practise and apply current learning technologies and contemporary learning pedagogies. The successful applicant will work collaboratively within a team of education professionals.

Graphic Design:

To be successful in this position you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
  • Teaching experience and understanding of processes in graphic design
  • Experienced user of Adobe products: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
  • Knowledge and experience in liaising with suppliers and clients

Interior Design:

To be successful in this position you will need:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
  • Demonstrated industry experience and understanding of interior design processes and practices.
  • Experiences user of CADD and REVIT programs and 3D Max.
  • Sound experience and knowledge in reviewing documentations of simulation design presentations.
