EXECUTIVE GENERAL MANAGER, UNIVERSITY PARTNERSHIPS AUSTRALASIA

Serving on the Australasian Leadership team, the Executive General Manager (EGM) will oversee performance and provide overall operational and strategic leadership to the various Colleges and Campuses within the portfolio. The EGM will work with General Managers and College Directors in the effective and cohesive deployment of systems and resources whilst ensuring that local initiatives and strategic decisions align with the organisational vision.

GENERAL MANAGER, WESTERN SYDNEY UNIVERSITY PARTNERSHIPS / COLLEGE DIRECTOR AND PRINCIPAL, SIBT

Working in conjunction with the EGM UPA, the General Manager will have responsibility for overseeing the strategic and operational objectives of SIBT and the co-located Western Sydney University Sydney City Campus. Recently established, the University campus offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs whilst SIBT, with its distinctive identity, offers accredited Foundation and Diploma pathways programs.

For both positions candidates will need to demonstrate outstanding leadership and communication skills, preferably honed within a tertiary education environment. With a focus on service provision, quality and sustainable growth, they will bring the necessary credibility and gravitas to build appropriate partner relationships and meaningful alliances. Candidates will be expected to draw on significant management experience and possess the creative thinking and commercial wherewithal to pursue new and evolving opportunities.
