Planning and Performance is the central point for the provision of strategic information to decision makers from across the University. The team is responsible for obtaining, manipulating, organising and analysing data from across the University into meaningful, integrated and user friendly data assets, reports, and business insights. 

As the Statistician/Data Analyst your responsibilities include preparation of University’s statistical reports. The role requires strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy To be successful you need a tertiary qualification in mathematics, statistics, or computing or related discipline with subsequent relevant experience in working with computer database applications and tools ideally (Office using Access and Excel, SQL, Tableau, SPSS) High degree of motivation, innovation and personal responsibility to meet conflicting priorities, work schedules and deadlines in a rapidly changing environment are essential.
