The Opportunity

Based in Melbourne, the Monash Business School is a multidisciplinary, research-focused, 'triple-crown' accredited business school, with exchange programs and networks throughout the world. We engage in the highest quality research and education to have a positive impact on a changing world.

The Department of Marketing has openings for ongoing positions at the Lecturer and Senior Lecturer levels, particularly in the research and teaching areas of branding, B2B, marketing strategy and supply chain management. Candidates with expertise in neuromarketing (including eye-tracking) are also invited to apply. You should have an exceptional teaching and research track record with an interest to further your teaching and research at the highest levels.

The department is the largest provider of tertiary level marketing education in Australia with over 40 full-time academic staff. The department has a world-class reputation for its teaching and research specifically in advertising, branding and communications; retailing and services; marketing strategy and B2B; and social marketing. The department is well-resourced and provides generous teaching and research development support and is a major participant in the Monash Business Behavioural Laboratory.
