Faculty of Architecture Building and Planning

Salary: $95,434 - $113,323 p.a. (Level B) or $116,901 - $134,792 p.a. (Level C), plus 17% superannuation. Level of appointment is subject to qualifications and experience.

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a scholar and teacher with a record of achievement to join the Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning at the University of Melbourne to make a significant contribution to our academic programs. We are seeking an outstanding academic with a passion for the field of Property and the proven capacity to develop a vibrant research program and translate this intellectual context into the delivery of challenging and innovative teaching curricula. The successful candidate will have a proven capability to make a significant contribution to teaching, research and engagement in Property, its development and management, and will bring a demonstrated expertise in this field with a research focus in one or more of the following disciplinary areas:

Property economics

Property valuation

Property investment, finance or related disciplines

Housing economics and policy

Sustainability of built environment

You will work with colleagues to set future directions, developing programs and initiatives which focus on interdisciplinary approaches that take advantage of the reinvigorated focus of the Faculty and the University.
