ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: REGISTRY SERVICES
TEMPORARY, FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 18 MONTHS
Salary range £23,000-£25,000 per annum

A highly organised Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in developing a career in Registry Services is required to provide a broad range of administrative support. Reporting to the Head of Registry Services, the Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for student and faculty queries. Key responsibilities include updating and maintaining electronic student records, issuing transcripts, and assisting with preparation for examinations, graduation and related activities.
The ability to take a planned and structured approach to work and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Experience of using large relational databases and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. An understanding of the American or UK higher education systems will be an advantage.
An undergraduate degree or equivalent working experience is required.
The Administrative Assistant: Registry Services will be based at the University’s Richmond Campus but will be required to work at the Kensington Campus for approximately one day per week.
