Information Technology Services at The University of Queensland provides IT services across a broad range of disciplines and technologies to enhance the teaching, learning and engagement goals of the University. In this role, you'll provide timely and effective technical and troubleshooting support for desktops, laptops, printers and related devices for a wide range of clients across the University.
You'll have a Bachelor Degree with a significant computing component or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training, plus broad general knowledge of computing and networks. Your experience in providing IT support both onsite and via remote assistance and your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will serve you well in this role.

This role is a full-time position; however flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
We have 3 full-time, fixed term appointments of various lengths all at HEW Level 5. The first is 3 months with possible extension, the second is 6 months and the final position is to December 2018.
The remuneration package will be in the range $64,597 - $72,348 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions.
