Starting salary from £60,879 - £67,185 per annum with further progression opportunities to £83,397.

This key leadership role provides excellent opportunities to work closely with and deputise for the Executive Dean and to influence and shape the strategy for continued growth in research and professional practice in order to support and contribute to delivery of the University vision. The successful candidate will also work closely with the Deputy Dean Education & Professional Practice to ensure delivery of Fusion through the effective integration of professional practice, research and education across the endeavours of the Faculty.

You will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of academic senior leadership and strategic development in higher education, a strong publication record and/or esteem in a professional context, and the personal and academic credibility to drive forward the research activities, as well as the professional practice agenda.
You will be qualified to Doctorate level or equivalent in a relevant field. You will have demonstrated global research leadership and you will be committed to a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement.
