The College of Science, Health and Engineering comprises 9 Schools and 16 Departments across La Trobe’s multi-campus operations. About the role
Reporting to the School Administration Coordinator in Allied Health, this position will provide general administrative services to support the operations of the School. This position will have responsibility for the provision of high quality customer service and high level administrative support services, and advice to assist in the effective and efficient administration of the School.
Skills and Experience
A relevant degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and /or experience. Ability to organise a meeting well, take good minutes, keep accurate records and ensure actions agreed at meetings are carried out and reported on. An excellent understanding of, and demonstrated experience in, customer service including high level interpersonal skills. Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.
