Salary:  £34,137 to £40,317 per annum - including London Allowance 
This is the expected starting salary for this post however appointment at a higher point may be made for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills and experience relevant to the role.

This key post will manage the day to day provision of a proactive, innovative and effective recruitment and retention service for Royal Holloway University of London.  The post holder will work closely with the Head of HR Operations to ensure that Royal Holloway’s strategic human resources objectives are met and will develop and implement a policy framework to ensure legislative and leading edge recruitment practices are adopted.

The post holder will need strong communication and management skills as they will need to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders including College management, HR colleagues, other expert groups such as UCEA and external suppliers.

The post holder will need to demonstrate significant experience of managing delivery of a high quality, customer focussed recruitment service using online systems and social media in a large organisation.  They will need to have significant experience of identifying and designing effective recruitment strategies, successfully applying the latest recruitment and selection methodologies and demonstrate experience of proactively designing HR recruitment and selection processes and policies.

This is a full time, permanent role based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
