About the role

In this role you will provide professional advice on policy issues, lead improvement projects on agreed topics, provide executive support and contribute to continuous improvement. Liaise with Committee Chairs and members to develop work plans, prepare meeting agendas, draft committee papers, create and maintain minutes and records, proof read and review submitted papers, and coordinate communication between committees. Review all new coursework program concept proposals and business cases for new or substantially changed courses. You will also monitor external influences on teaching and learning.

Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role you will have completed a degree with substantial experience or have an equivalent combination of knowledge, training and experience. It is essential you have knowledge of the regulatory environment that relates to the handling, management and privacy of information and freedom of information. Strong negotiating, communication, research, analytical, problem solving and complaint handling skills are essential. You will also have experience dealing with confidential information along with experience working with and influencing senior management.
