ULaw has an outstanding reputation as a full service legal and educational training specialist, operating from nine centres throughout England with additional global reach through online and face to face provision.

Our employability statistics are enviably high (97% of our 2014 and 2015 full time LPC students secured employment within 9 months of graduation) which is reflected in ULaw’s reputation for producing lawyers and barristers with genuine business and commercial acumen. Our proven learning approach and international connections deliver intelligent, client-focused lawyers who are ready to meet the needs of the legal services market. We also deliver an LLB which has received outstandingly strong reviews in the National Student Survey.

What are we looking for?

Due to significant student growth we are looking to recruit staff in all of our 9 centres - are you someone who has the communication skills to connect with students and inspire the next generation of our profession?

You will be a qualified solicitor or barrister with a genuine passion for quality and excellence, who can demonstrate valuable and successful practice experience.  You will enjoy being challenged (by students and course content in equal measure) and be able to adapt to the different learning styles of students and methods of course delivery.  You will be eager to share your expertise and become involved in all aspects of enhancing the student experience within our centres.

We are looking for people with experience in one or more of property, litigation, company, and criminal law to work within our existing team of tutors, primarily on our LPC, GDL, LLB and BPTC programmes, to ensure that our students continue to receive the highest quality of teaching and really understand what it means to be a lawyer in today’s legal environment.

There may also be opportunities available as a Visiting Tutor if you are not looking for an employed role at present.

There has never been a more exciting time to join the University of Law – if you are ready to be challenged and enjoy working in an innovative, fast-paced environment please see details of how to apply below.
