To support this development, the university is seeking to recruit outstanding academics, with a strong track record of research and teaching, to the following position:

The Department of Media Studies has nine permanent academic staff members, and offers an undergraduate degree in Media Studies and an MA in Critical and Creative Media, based on its research strengths in digital media industries, media and cultural history, production analysis, and media and social theory in a vibrant learning environment.

The Role

Maynooth University is committed to a strategy in which the primary University goals of excellent research and scholarship and outstanding education are interlinked and equally valued.
