The university offers students the opportunity to participate in the internationally award-winning Global Leadership Program (GLP), an extracurricular program.  The program is designed to equip graduates with cross cultural competencies, an understanding of international issues, practical experience and community engagement through a series of workshops, keynote events and experiential activities.

The GLP team has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, service-oriented administrator to join the busy team.  The successful candidate will provide advice and support to current and future students and program providers as well as having responsibility for administrative and operational tasks which support the delivery of the program.

Selection Criteria

  • Completion of a Bachelor degree, ideally in a relevant field such as Sociology, International Studies, Communications, International Relations
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management and customer service
  • Knowledge of or interest in global issues, together with demonstrated experience operating in cross-cultural environments
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in motivating and guiding student audiences in either professional or extracurricular environments.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, and ensuring accuracy in a high-volume work environment

Salary Package:  from $67,625 - $76,886 p.a. (Level 5), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading
