The Vocational Education and Training (VET) Faculty of Charles Darwin University delivers a large range of nationally accredited full-time, part time and online educational programs to a wide variety school leavers, job seekers, apprentice/trainees and upskilling of existing workers under the National VET Quality Framework.
The School of Community Services and Health is currently seeking a highly motivated VET Lecturer/Workplace Assessor to deliver Community Services, Aged Care and Home and Community Care training to students undertaking Certificate II through to Certificate III qualifications.
As a Lecturer/Workplace Assessor, you are responsible for providing academic support to students and deliver VET Quality Framework qualifications, and perform associated administrative tasks in a variety of locations across the Northern Territory.
To be successful, you need have the relevant qualifications and/or experience in Community Services and Health and a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40110). Experience delivering high quality teaching, an advanced level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to travel within regional and remote areas of the Northern Territory is essential.
