Reporting to the Director Domestic Recruitment, the position of Manager, Schools and Community is a fantastic opportunity that will have a significant business impact in a dynamic and exciting environment. Key responsibilities include developing, promoting and fostering productive internal and external relationships in the Southern Gold Coast/Northern New South Wales markets in order to grow student recruitment numbers in line with business targets. This achievement will in turn help drive a successful future for the University.
The position will be primarily based at our Gold Coast campus, however travel will form a large part of this role, based on market activity and engagement commitments.
About the person:
The successful applicant will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline and have at least five years of positive outcomes in an engagement, recruitment or sales field, enjoy building relationships with a range of different internal and external stakeholders, be able to communicate at all levels, and be flexible in their approach to workload and hours. Previous experience in the school or tertiary sector would be advantageous and would an understanding of the domestic marketing and recruitment ethos at Bond will be an advantage.

The commencing salary for this position is $86 026 plus 9.5% superannuation.
