The Executive Director Marketing reports to the Pro Vice-Chancellor Global, Marketing and Recruitment and plays a critical role in providing strategic leadership on brand and marketing priorities to support the overarching objectives of the University's strategic plan, Open to Talent.
The Executive Director Marketing will: build and execute whole-of-University marketing strategy; provide insights through research and analysis to support increased student enrolments and research collaborations; work in close collaboration with key stakeholders within the University to provide comprehensive marketing support and advice in a co-delivery service model; and build strong connections within the local community.
The successful candidate will be an energetic and visionary marketing practitioner and transformational leader with proven capacity to successfully champion and manage change. S/he will demonstrate: ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships; a deep understanding of consumer behaviour within a higher education context; and high level success in creating and delivering marketing strategies to achieve strategic goals and revenue growth. The successful candidate will hold a postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
