The School of Languages and Social Sciences is an ambitious, expanding, multidisciplinary School with an established reputation for excellence in teaching and research. We are seeking an enthusiastic and successful scholar with a strong commitment to teaching and learning and an appropriate research profile to join our Sociology and Policy Group.
You will have a research profile that fits within the broad themes of Inequality, Diversity and Social Justice, and/or Critical Policy Analysis. You will have the ability and/or willingness to teach in Sociology, Social Policy and International Development. Applications from candidates with quantitative skills are also very welcome.

You will have started to establish a record of high quality scholarly publications or have the potential to do so and you will have, or expect to obtain in the near future, a relevant PhD.
