An opportunity for an experienced and proactive Program Coordinator has arisen within our Alumni and Development team. In this role, you will be required to coordinate a program of activities associated with the 25th Anniversary of Swinburne as a University. This high-profile role will coordinate planning with key stakeholders including senior executives, manage the budget associated with the program, co-ordinate with internal, external and student communications teams, assist with soft launches across our three domestic campuses and provide direction and assistance with replica activities in our Sarawak (Malaysia) campus.

Skills and experience
To be successful in the role, you will have previous relevant experience working in a large and complex organisation. Your excellent organisational and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, prioritising (with conflicting deadlines) event management and reporting is also key to your success in this role.
