Finance Services currently has a full-time vacancy for a Processing Clerk. The position is initially based in our Accounts Payable team and primarily involves processing and paying supplier invoices and other miscellaneous payment requests using BACS, cheque and bank transfer.

The role holder will also support the Processing Clerks in other teams to process supplier invoices, purchase orders, expense claims, and other transactions through the University's integrated purchasing system. You should have gained experience of processing transactions electronically in a large and complex organisation. Flexible in your approach with a good eye for detail, you should be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

The Community Liaison Officer is seeking a team of enthusiastic and motivated students to add capacity to the community liaison role. This is a casual contract for the 2017/18 academic year, so working hours can fit around studies and other responsibilities.

Community Ambassadors will facilitate campaigns and initiatives that support students to manage the responsibilities of living independently in the community. These include a Move In campaign, waste and recycling advice, the Housing Fair and Bristol Big Give. Ambassadors will also support local community events such as street fairs and seasonal activities. Good communications skills and a willingness to get out and about speaking to people are essential.
