Web and Systems Coordinator

Salary is competitive and not less than £27,934 pa inclusive (pro rata)

This is a fixed term appointment for 10 months

LSE Careers is a busy Division, providing careers guidance and employment services for our career-focused students and graduates.

We are recruiting a Web & Systems Coordinator to manage our new website and our other IT systems, including our client relationship management (CRM) system and event attendance software.

Reporting to the Student Experience and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for populating our new custom content management system (CMS) using content from our existing site and a range of other sources. You will also work with our Careers Consultants to commission and edit new web copy and articles to meet the careers needs of our students and alumni.

You will have the opportunity to analyse and improve the Division’s business processes by using our CRM system (CareerHub) to create forms, workflows and procedures. You will help provide technical support with our event attendance system and HTML newsletters, and provide training in the use of our systems.

The successful candidate will have:

•  experience with CMS and CRM systems

•  ability to write and edit clear and accessible digital content

•  a logical and analytical approach to problem solving
