An exciting opportunity exists for a Research Development Officer to join the Research Development team. This is a research management role, which will enable the individual to understand research management and the administration of Swinburne University.
The successful incumbent will be involved in research administration and management, proposal development and review, post-award administration and business reporting.
This is a great opportunity for a recently qualified PhD looking to move into a research management role.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Completion of a relevant tertiary qualification discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in office administration and project management.
- Demonstrated experience in data collection through various methods and utilising analytical techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database programs.
- Demonstrated abilities of organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
