The Faculty of Arts and Education consists of the School of Communications and Creative Industries, the School of Education, the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, the School of Indigenous Australian Studies, the School of Information Studies, the School of Teacher Education, the School of Theology and the Centre for Islamic Studies and Civilisation.
The Manager, Course Administration Team is accountable for planning and managing resources and activities related to the development and administration of courses in the Faculty. The incumbent will provide advice and support to the Associate Dean (Courses), Course Directors and the Faculty Leadership Team on all matters related to course administration, paying particular attention to service delivery to students and prospective students.
The position will ensure the Faculty is compliant with University regulations and policies related to students and their progress, and the incumbent is expected to interact professionally and knowledgeably with University administrative Divisions on behalf of the Faculty. As a leader within the Faculty Administration Team, the Manager provides resources and support to other areas of the Faculty as required.
