We seek a dynamic Senior Project Manager to develop and implement high value strategic projects and initiatives across the Faculty.

The Senior Project Manager plays a key role supporting the Dean, Faculty General Manager and Faculty Executive to design, develop and implement priority projects and initiatives aligned with the Faculty's strategic intent and UNSW 2025 strategy. This position reports to the Faculty General Manager and will work in close collaboration with the Dean. The accountabilities of the Senior Project Manager will be established by the Dean and Faculty General Manager and will vary from time to time as the priorities of the Faculty change and new initiatives are being implemented.

About the successful applicant

This demanding role requires intellectual and analytical skill and experience in planning and project management at a very high level. This experience might have been acquired in higher education but might have been in business development or government sector planning. Candidates will have relevant academic qualifications, an excellent project management track record and demonstrated capacity for strategic planning and service delivery.

Candidates must be at home with priorities, values and ambitions set out in the UNSW 2025 Strategy and be committed to working with colleagues across the University to transform UNSW into a top 5 Global University.
