Lecturer - £33,943 to £38,183
Senior Lecturer - £39,324 to £46,924 per annum

The Department of Marketing and Innovation at Winchester has a strong and growing portfolio of taught programmes, including BA (Hons) Marketing, BA (Hons) Fashion Marketing and Media, MSc Marketing Innovation, MSc Digital Marketing and Analytics, and Executive MBA.

Following the successful re-validation of our BA (Hons) Fashion Marketing and Media programme, we wish to appoint a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer with experience of teaching digital media marketing. We are seeking applicants with industry experience in fashion marketing, including creating digital media content, web and social media campaigns, brand development and use of a range of contemporary digital media technologies.

The successful candidate will have teaching experience at undergraduate level and preferably also at postgraduate level. You will have experience of, or interest in, managing quality issues for undergraduate/postgraduate levels or programmes, and demonstrate strong commitment to student support and mentoring. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate an aptitude for research and a willingness to participate in the development of knowledge exchange activities, networking and building relationships with the local business community. We are seeking a team player with excellent leadership, management and communication skills, together with a keenness to engage fully in the future development of the Business School.

Located within the Business School, the Department is an active research community with on-going research and knowledge exchange projects in consumer research, social marketing, brand management, marketing ethics, entrepreneurship, and innovation management. There are close links with local and regional organisations and these provide the basis for a growing number of knowledge exchange and consultancy activities.
