This position is responsible for managing Library-wide collection development and access to support University teaching, learning and research, providing leadership and direction for the Collection Development, Electronic Resources Management, and Resource Sharing teams. To be successful in this role you will have experience in building and maintaining effective vendor and industry relationships to achieve cost effective agreements that result in optimal service outcomes. You will understand and participate in cross industry forums and advocate for cross institutional agreements that support effective fiscal management. As a member of the senior leadership group you will contribute to the development and achievement of organisational goals and be comfortable working in a collaborative manner.
