Online Course Facilitator

The new unit will deliver high quality, supportive, flexible and interactive online education for students, and embodies the corporate values of innovation, client service and academic excellence.
About the Role
The Online Course Facilitator (Commerce/Accounting) will provide coaching, support and discipline related expertise, communicate professionally, relate well, and share a passion to motivate a diverse and large group of students.
Exciting opportunities include contributing to the design, development and teaching of engaging course curricula and materials for the new undergraduate programs, implementing teaching approaches that maximise the student experience and learning outcomes, and contributing to the recruitment and development of teaching staff within UniSA Online.
Critical to the success of the role will be establishing strong partnerships with stakeholders across the University to ensure that UniSA Online identifies and responds to strategic opportunities, and effectively leading and mentoring academic staff within the teaching team.
Skills and Experience
Recent experience in the design and preparation of online teaching resources is essential, together with success in using a range of teaching methodologies and education technologies that support online learning and course administration.

In addition to your salary, the University will make employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% of salary on your behalf.
